Gregson Studios AI is the consulting practice of a working director, producer, editor, designer, and media company owner. We are not a traditional agency and we are not a tool reseller. We are practitioners. We use AI every day in television and film production, content development, design, and engineering, and we run our own AI lab where we pressure test new tools and workflows before we ever recommend them to a client.
When you hire us, you get what we have proven, not what we have read about.

Services and Pricing
Founding rates are our introductory pricing while we build this new division. They will not last forever. Every engagement is quoted in writing, line by line, so you always know exactly what you are getting.
Consulting
AI Consulting
$500 per hour · two hour minimum
Direct strategy time with James Gregson. Prepay a four hour block for $1,500 or a full day for $2,500 and the rate improves as the commitment grows.
AI Strategy Intensive
Founding rate $1,000
Two hours of focused work on your business, followed by a written action roadmap. Where AI saves you time and money, which tools fit your team, and what to do first, in plain English. This is the front door for most new clients.
AI Opportunity and Media Audit
Founding rate $2,500
The deep dive. We interview you and your key people in relaxed recorded conversations, with the questions sent ahead of time so nobody feels tested. Then we review your workflows, content, marketing, and media, and deliver a written opportunity map with a phased roadmap. Most clients tell us nobody has ever asked them these questions before.
Websites
We build new websites. We do not patch old ones. Your content, images, and story come along, but the build starts clean, and it is turnkey: we interview you, we handle the heavy lifting, you review and approve. When it is done, we train you to run it yourself. Most shops build dependence. We build independence.
Launch Site
Founding rate $3,500
A clean, fast, professional site up to five pages. Content shaped from your materials, graphics that match your brand, a contact form that reaches you, and two training sessions. Thirty days of email support included. Need more pages or extras? Everything is available as clearly priced additions on your quote.
WordPress Business Site
Founding rate $5,000
A fresh WordPress build for businesses that want to post, edit, and grow on their own. Up to eight pages, blog ready, everything in the Launch Site plus training for your team on running the whole platform.
Training
Practical AI Team Workshop
Founding rate $2,500
A half day, hands on, for up to ten people, built around the work your team actually does. Everyone leaves with a custom prompt playbook and the confidence to use these tools the next morning. Follow up call included thirty days later.
Design
Thirty years of design and production craft, now amplified by AI. We can create for you, or teach your team to create for themselves.
Brand and Design Package
Founding rate $2,500
Logo refresh or brand kit, templates, and a brand consistent asset library your whole team can pull from.
AI Design Enablement Program
Founding rate $3,500
The empowerment play. We set up a brand locked AI design workflow for your team, with the right tools, templates, and prompt libraries, then train your people to produce on brand graphics themselves. Defined deliverables, defined timeline, written into your quote.

Ongoing
AI Advisory Retainer
Founding rate $1,250 per month
For clients we have already worked with: monthly strategy, tool guidance, and workflow tuning as your systems and the technology evolve.
Site and Systems Care
$750 quarter · $1,400 half year · $2,500 year
Updates, backups, security, and small changes, handled. Many clients simply want it taken care of for the year. Prefer to keep it in house? We can train your team instead, and you call us only for the big stuff.
How Working Together Goes
A Short Call
Fifteen to thirty minutes. You tell us about the business, we tell you honestly whether we can help. If we cannot, we say so.
A Clear Quote
Within twelve to forty eight hours depending on scope. Every deliverable is a written line item. No surprises, in either direction.
The Work
Turnkey. We interview you and your team in relaxed conversations, questions sent ahead of time, so we learn your business the way it deserves to be learned. You review and approve as we go. Nothing ships without your sign off.
