What does Gregson Studios AI actually do?

We are an AI consulting practice built on thirty years of media and business experience. We help businesses figure out where AI actually pays off, build the systems and websites they need, set up content and media capabilities, and train their teams to run all of it themselves. Strategy first, then building, then training. All of it in plain English, all of it priced on the services page.

Why do you publish your prices?

Because you should not need three phone calls to find out what something costs. Published pricing respects your time and ours, and it tells you quickly whether we are a fit.

Are you an agency?

No. We are a boutique practice, and we pick and choose who we work with. We are also practitioners: an active production company with our own AI lab, using these tools daily in television and film production, content development, design, and engineering. We are a tight knit team with a thirty year network of specialists we can bring into a project when it needs them. You work directly with the people doing the work.

Who do you work with?

Small businesses, consultants, creative professionals, and larger organizations, around Denver, CO and beyond. Our team has developed training and media content for major corporations including Avery Dennison, Enterprise, Harrah's Entertainment, IBM, Marriott, and TGI Fridays, as well as local businesses.

If you are ready to put these tools to serious use, we are probably a fit. If you are shopping for the cheapest option, we are probably not, and it is better for both of us to know that early.

Will you update or fix my existing website?

We build fresh. Your content, images, and story absolutely come along, but the build itself starts clean. Rebuilding on a solid foundation is faster and better than patching someone else's work, and you end up with a site you can actually run.

What does "we train you to run it" mean?

It means the power ends up in your hands. Every website and systems package includes working training sessions where you or your team learn to update, post, and extend things yourselves. We do not just build for you. We teach you, we hold your hand while you learn, and we stay available when you want us. Independence is the product. Staying involved afterward is your choice, not a trap.

Do I need to understand AI to work with you?

No. That is the point. You know your business, we know these tools, and we meet in the middle in plain English. And if you want to understand AI, training is built into most of our packages, for you or for someone on your team.

What if I just want strategy time, not a big project?

That is consulting, at $500 per hour with a two hour minimum, or the AI Strategy Intensive: two focused hours plus a written roadmap you can use with or without us. Prepaid blocks bring the hourly rate down if you want more time.

What is an AI assisted media department?

It is your own in house capability to create content: training videos, marketing, internal communications, podcasts, interview programs, streaming, event coverage, and full content libraries. It used to take a broadcast budget. Today, with the right room, the right gear, smart workflows, and AI doing the heavy lifting on repurposing and post production, it is within reach of ordinary businesses. Designing these systems is where Gregson Studios has decades of hands on history.

Can you set up a podcast or interview studio?

Yes, and we will talk you out of the gear you do not need. Room assessment, equipment that actually works together, lighting, audio, workflow, and training for the people who will run it. A practical setup that gets used beats an expensive setup nobody understands.

Can one recording really become a month of content?

Done right, yes. One good interview or seminar can become clips, posts, articles, email content, FAQ material, and training assets. That is what an AI repurposing system is for, and it is one of the highest leverage things a business can build.

Do you guarantee results or revenue?

No, and you should walk away from anyone who does. What we guarantee is professional work, honest advice, transparent pricing, systems built to be used, and training so your team can actually run them. We will also tell you when we think something is not worth your money, including our own services. What your business does with good systems is up to you, and that is exactly how it should be.

How fast can we start?

Quickly, and we work around your schedule. Consulting and Intensive sessions usually book within the week, evenings and off hours included when that is what your business needs. Project timelines are set in your written quote, and we hit the dates we put in writing.
